The trial on Sunday the 20th May has been billed as a B&W trial, but I have today been advised that this is not absolutely correct. It has been a simple misunderstanding and although the trial is on, they cannot accommodate youth entries and any youth who is brought to the trial will not be able to ride. I do not think that this applies to Youth who are over 16, who would enter as an Adult, but being under 18, their parent/responsible adult still has to countersign the entry form. The trial is a Pre65 event with Twinshock and Novice and Wobbler classes, but only for Adult riders. If there are any queries contact Joan Westbrook 01424 882162. Steve |

Bring 'yer arrows! UPDATE: Please note that the darts challenge has been moved to later in the year (i.e. it's NOT on tonight, 27th April) - the Sidcup club will be holding their club night, but not the darts. See you at the Pied Bull on Tuesday evening from about 8.30 for our club get together though.
Last month I had a phone call from Colin Parkin in the Sidcup club who hold their club night two doors away from the Pied Bull pub in Farningham village. He has asked if we would be interested in a darts match against his club in the ‘Farningham Club’ on the 27th April which is a Friday, getting there at 7.30 for an 8.00 start. Monte has been to one of these before and it is likely to be a laugh so, if you can make it e-mail me so I have an idea of numbers and I’ll let Colin know we will be there. Steve |

The Owls club are running the next Beginners & Wobblers trial at Bowens Farm, Penshurst on the 29th April 2007. This club usually run a club trial at the same time, so there will be all routes available, no observers so mark yourself. Another good chance to practice on the route above what you would usually ride on some of the sections. Plenty of space to practice for those new to trials. The entry form is attached, fill it in on your screen, print it off then sign and bring it with you. Ray has said he is happy for us to use this method, but don’t forget your cards and the entry fee.
