For those of you who intend to go this weekend be advised that there are serious road work delays on the A25 just East of Redhill. On a bike you can just about filter to the front but anything else has to queue and the temporary traffic lights are very slow to change. Steve |

The August club/pub night is again at the Pied Bull in Farningham Village high street on the 7th August from 8.30pm onwards. I will be absent as I am away on holiday but don’t forget that the club will subsidise the first round at the next meet (Sept 4th) as we had 11 entries on the day at our combine trial last month and I’ve got the float. You will see on the group list that we have a few new members bringing the club total to 65 See you then, Steve |

Owls Trial on Sunday 6th August |

Just a reminder that the Owls club are holding a Beginner & Wobbler trial this Sunday and it will probably have some club routes there as well. There might also be the arena section that they ran a couple of years ago. For those of you new to trials the parking is usually in a large field in which you can get used to the bike before venturing into the sections. Wobbler trials have an easy route usually marked yellow a harder route (red) with sometimes a route for the experienced rider (blue). Clubs sometimes vary the colour so check at the desk. You should need both club and ACU cards and you enter on the day. The trial will be held at Sevenoaks Weald. Please contact the club for directions if you don’t have them.
