All these trials are open to Double Five members

Please see the Events 2011 menu item in the left hand column for details.

There are likely to be more dates added at short notice and these will be emailed to all members as they become known.

Most of the events start at 10.30am, the Bexleyheath club invite trials at 10:00am. Please try to bring the exact money as it makes signing on much quicker.

NKTC events

The events in blue are the NKTC (North Kent Trials Combine) Championship dates held on 'Group Sunday'. This year, many of them will have a yellow 'sportsman' route, which will have a championship trophy awarded for the aggregate winner after the final qualifying event.

The sportsman route at the NKTC series gives those new to the format an opportunity to ride in the event and see if they can tackle the Novice route, which is the entry level for the main championship.

You need to send in your entries using the form from the relevant TSM (The Sporting Motorcyclist) magazine, or see the NKTC website which is likely to have details.

You cannot ride in your home club NKTC event, and will need to assist the club in some way to enable it to go ahead.

The next level up from NKTC is the SE Centre series which some NKTC Clubs run events in. The schedule is available at the SE Trials Combine website.

Beginner & Wobbler events

The events in red are the Beginner & Wobbler practice events. Some may have a club trial running in parallel, and it will give you an opportunity to see competitors on a harder route.

Bexleyheath club events

The events in green are the Bexleyheath club events, which we have again been invited to ride in. The entry fee is usually £15 but check the entry form which will be emailed to you (also available on the Double Five website) along with the directions. Directions will not be posted on the website, to safeguard the land from unwanted 'attention'. You must remember your 2011 ACU trials licence when signing on, as always.

General

A final note to all club members. If you would like to get some help with your riding technique or bike set up, do ask as we have several knowledgeable riders willing to give advice.

As usual, any questions - just ask

Regards

Steve
